  • Developer:  Citiwan Development Sdn Bhd
  • Scope of Work: Developer & Sub-Contractor for the construction of civil and infrastructure     works, including earthworks, foundation, drainage system, roadworks,  water reticulation, sewerage, landscaping, and utility services.
  • Contract Value: RM 2,500,000
  • Completion: 8 February 2023
